Are a long time on online chat I spoke to a manager Ameer who called me and agreed a negotiated upgrade with no upfront fee and unlimited data. The contract sent doesn't show this it shows wrong info. How do I get correct contract please.

Hello @Leongggggg

Welcome and thanks for posting to us here on the community.

We are sorry to hear the contract does not match what was agreed.

Can you please confirm what is showing as incorrect? Is it the upfront cost or the tariff please?

Thanks,

Hi as per previous message we agreed no upfront fee and unlimited data. At the moment plan says only 10gb and £19 upfront fee. Also monthly payment should be £31.99 not £34 99

Ameer called me from this no 08000490250 on Thursday 21st November at 2:35 pm if you wish to check the call.

Thanks.

Thank you for confirming.

As the price and upfront fees do not match, we would recommend speaking directly with our sales team on 0207 139 1397.

Is that an overseas team as having spoken with people previously they weren't very helpful and gave me incorrect information.

I had hoped someone at ID mobile would investigate and sort this out for me instead of expecting me to do it myself?
