Unable to activate my Apple TV offer.

 

I click on the link in the email provided, the file browser opens Apple, the message appears, "Processing" with a grey spinning wheel, then nothing happens.

 

It appears that this problem has been experienced by a few users.

Assistance from iD would be appreciated.

Solved.

Copied and pasted link to a different browser. Chrome was blocking the link
