I haven't received my £30 Amazon voucher yet, no emails or letters with a code etc
How do I get it please ?
I might stop my direct debit for my phone if it doesn't arrive soon !!

I’m in the same boat, my husband and child did it on the same day, they’ve had their gift card but I’m still waiting on the other one, it was 90 days when I signed up. No easy way to get iD mobile to reply either, I emailed them at the weekend but nothing. It was definitely 90 days as we all did it on the same day so you can’t now say 4 months that’s breach of contract
Forum members can’t see customers orders, @lewis1910.
Otherwise, perhaps send an email to uk-idmobile-queries@awin.com, if the voucher offer was by Giftcloud through an iD Mobile online affiliate (e.g. Money Saving Expert, Uswitch, etcetera).
Have you checked the Junk / Spam folders in your email, @Stephen Lloyd?
Amazon vouchers are usually offered by an affiliate, like Money Saving Expert or uSwitch, not directly iD Mobile.
Yep I check my spam once or twice a week & it was Martin Lewis that told me about the £30 Amazon voucher on his Web site that gets sent to me once a week as I'm a member of the site
Okay @Stephen Lloyd, MSE (aka Martin Lewis) is known as an iD affiliate, and they promote iD Mobile to generate revenue for the MSE website.
Not sure which MSE deal you chose @Stephen Lloyd, but all currently appear to state you’ll hear from GiftCloud within 4-months explaining how to claim your voucher.
A waiting game perhaps - anyway, online website marketing and promotion seems to be a murky world.
Okay @Stephen Lloyd, I’m just a forum member like yourself.
The voucher you want comes from by Giftcloud, not iD Mobile - online marketing and retailing is a very murky world IMO.
Have 4-months elapsed since you ordered your iD SIM only plan, via the online affiliate MSE?
Perhaps not relevant, but I think Martin Lewis sold MSE to Money Supermarket some years ago. I’m not sure he’s even involved with MSE nowadays - maybe he should be.

I’ve currently got a complaint lodged with ID Mobile about it, it’s them I have the contract with never heard of MSE/Giftcloud so no idea how I’d even go about chasing it with them
Do you have any screenshots showing the promotion via our website directly?

WHEN I SIGNED UP MARTIN LEWIS SAID ID GET THE £30 AMAZON GIFT WITHING 3 MONTHS NOT 4,
SO MY JUNE DIRECT DEBIT IS NOT CANCELLED!!!

I would advise contacting GiftCloud regarding the promotion.
However it does seems that the timescales may have changed to 4 month.
I would advise waiting for full timescale to receive the voucher.

This isn’t a breach of your contract as we aren’t the ones who offer this voucher, it’s MSE/Giftcloud.
Please contact them directly about their offer.
