I’m in the same boat, my husband and child did it on the same day, they’ve had their gift card but I’m still waiting on the other one, it was 90 days when I signed up. No easy way to get iD mobile to reply either, I emailed them at the weekend but nothing. It was definitely 90 days as we all did it on the same day so you can’t now say 4 months that’s breach of contract
