Any idea why I'm overdue payment of £0?

So I recently ended my sim only iPad contract, the last date was August 8th, and I apparently owed 55p, which I paid.

Fast forward to August 14th - "your account is overdue - balance due 0.00"
August 15th - "your account is overdue - balance due 0.00"
August 20th (so nothing for 5 days) "your account is overdue - balance due 0.00"
but now August 21th - "your account is overdue - balance due 12.00"

The app was showing the same value and it changed today.

I haven't used the ipad data for months, and ended it back in June

Any ideas?
