Anybody tell me why i had no data in tbe Channel Islands when the week before in Spain was great ?

Recently visited Guernsey and was shocked to havecno data access.

The week before I was in Torrevieja and had no issues whatsoever.

My data contract is unlimited so why did I experience these issues ? 

Please help or advise folks...

The iD roaming partners in Guernsey are Airtel and Sure - did neither work during your visit, @Paul J Ford

Did you get a roaming rates message from iD when you arrived in Guernsey?

Thank you for your quick reply.

Neither of those networks worked for me as usually my Samsung Fold 3 phone selects these automatically.

Yes, I did receive a text from ID and read it and this is what is stated :

Hi Tyler, 

Price to visiting Guerney, I spent 12 days in Spain were I experienced none of these issues.

I did not alter or change any settings and when in Guernsey I expected the same.

I'm very disappointed to experience these issues as I have a state of the art phone and have an unlimited contract.

I missed several important wi-fi calls and was unable to liase with my family which was concerning.

After recommending several of my friends and family to ID mobile, I feel that I have let them down.

To say that I'm very unhappy is an understatement...
