I’ve changed my phone why can’t I log into the app

So it still works fine on your old phone?

 

If you were given a new SIM with the new phone have you tried your old SIM in your new phone?

 

Is your number showing as correct on your new phone?

(it might be showing the provisional number allocated by iD to the SIM, as iD tend to send a new SIM with their phones)

 

Have you registered the new SIM to your account?

 

What errors are you seeing?
