The site is asking me to register again.... I am already your customer and registered, yesterday I registered again and today it still asks me to register! What kind of service is this!

Doesn’t sound like great service, @xiniluca

Perhaps have a chat with a customer adviser, about your registration issues, using the iD online Live Chat service? 

My understanding is, in order to use the ‘new’ iD app and “My Account Online” services, you have to register - even if already registered.

 

New app isn't available on PlayStore

The https://www.idmobile.co.uk/app online page seems to say it can be downloaded from Google Play or the App Store.

 

It's the same that I already have. Any new update. I have already uninstalled  and re-installed it. That's the worst service I never seen

Okay @xiniluca, I’m just a iD community member like yourself. 

Anyway, sounds like the ‘new’ iD app and “My iD Account” online service aren’t reliable, and exhibit some incorrect / strange behaviours at this point-in-time.

 

It's not about you but for idmobile services sorry...

Okay @xiniluca, perhaps iD might look at the issues / problems, with their ‘new’ iD app, by replying instead to “iD Mobile app & My Account online are unavailable for some users.” topic.
