App showing incorrect data following upgrade

I was offered an unlimited data add-on on my upgrade, via the Customer Service Chat. My app updated to the new contract but is showing 10gb and not the unlimited that I accepted. I am now worried that the offer has not been honoured? I wouldn’t have upgraded with only 10gb.
