apple links not working

The links to redeem Apple codes are not working. I've tried the three of them lots of times. I used live chat and was sent another link by the person I spoke to but doesn't work either. Can you help.

I'm also stuck attempting to redeem this offer. I get to a certain point and it asks for a code which I haven't been sent or wasn't even aware that I needed? The email says to follow the links that don't appear to do anything other than get 7 day free trial. Can someone send me the code please. This is annoying now. Seems more like a scam than anything.

If you don’t have the code then it may be quicker to contact them using any of these methods:

Alternatively, our Live Chat team are available 9am - 8pm Monday to Friday,  and 9am - 6pm Saturday, Sunday, and Bank Holidays.

They should be able to send the code. But ask which browser they require as some others find it was their browser at fault.
