Apple music 3 months offer not working

Recently purchased S25 and received an email for apple arcade , TV and music free forth three months 

When I click on the redeem now for apple music I get missing IUD and cannot redeem the offer 

Any ideas?

Yes I used the link in your email dated 25/5/2025 the link for apple TV works , the one for music does not

That is correct - I do not have any subscription with apple music so I am not an existing customer

Hi Natalie -- no I'm not an apple music customer currently but I have had an apple music account previously I believe -- I'm not sure if it was registered to the same email address or not though?
