Apple Music Offer Not Working

Hi. When I click the link for the Apple Music offer I get a 'UID missing' error. Can you send a new link or code out to me please. Ta.

No, never used Apple previously.

Hi. I have the exactly same issue, when clicking the link for the Apple Music offer I get a 'UID missing' error. I have also tried using a different browser and currently do not use Apple Music…Can you please send me a new link or code? Many thanks

I also get the same messages as above. What can be done to resolve this? One agent on live chat told me to contact Apple. This cannot be right.

Hi,

I've had exactly the same issue with this offer. Wouldn't work at all. Now it looks like the link works but the offer expired yesterday 😩 Can the offer be extended due to the link not working???
