Apple offer - 3 months link not received


I took a plan that offered 3 months Apple TV, music and arcade for free, but I have not received an email more than 2 weeks after purchase and receipt. 

Is this a scam or mis-sell to get customers? Should I report to the ombudsman? claim back? How can I get what was promised?

Can you please just double check your junk/spam folder to make sure the email has not dropped in to there?

I always check my spam and junk mail, it’s not there. I was told by a representative that I would receive it within 48 hours...nothing yet.

8 days later...still no resolution...rep is just going back and forth asking basic questions like “which reward was it, did your confirmation email state the reward”….

 

seems like they are avoiding having to fulfil on their promise….almost a month later...weird….beware people!!
