Apple offer redemption link UID missing or incorrect error


Hi, 

I have recently tried to redeem apple music but it does not work. An UID missing or incorrect error occurs. Looking through the community, this seems like a common issue. Can you help me with this problem please?

I’m also having this issue with trying redeem my 3 month offer of Apple Music. It redirects me to their website saying “UiD missing”

I received a response 2 days ago via private message. I replied and since then, have had no response and the issue is still unresolved. Can I get a response please to resolve this issue.
