Apple offer redemption link UID missing or incorrefr error


Hi, 

Has anyone had this issue and been able to overcome it? Every time I click on the Apple Tv+ redeem link from my email it takes me to an Apple page that says "UID missing or Incorrect” and the page is a US Apple page. I've clicked on links that has been told to other posters with issues and same problem. Tried different browser and a different phone but still the same problem!

I can see that it’s been a while since you posted.

Has the issue been fixed since then?

It sounds like you may need a new link to redeem the Apple TV promotion.

Same problem.  Music/Arcade links work but not the TV+ one.  Note: the phone number I used to register this account is an existing one but I bought a new SIM today.

Can you please message me with a new link or something as Live Chats bring me out in a rash.

Hi fellow idmobile users,

Looks like I’m having the same UID problem as everyone else. Apple Music and Arcade work but not the TV link. Can anyone help with a fix
