Hi! I’m running into the same problem, the Apple TV+ link does not work due to the “UID Missing or incorrect.” error. Can someone please help? Thank you!

@ Vicki jackson, you should try getting back in touch with Live Chat again as they should be able to help you. I spoke with an advisor, a couple of days ago and they gave me a link to a code which gave me a different error (this code cannot be used again), so they told me to get back in touch in a few days time as they were escalating the issue.

Hi Kash, it is all the Apple services. Funnily enough, I could access the links just fine last week but decided to delay activating the offers a couple of days...

Hello, could you please help me out with a new link for the Apple Music offer? The Arcade and TV both worked fine, but I get the same UID error as the other posters on the Music link. i am a previous Apple customer on both Music and TV.

I’m getting the same problem for Music and Arcade. The TV worked. I tried contacting on chat but was told it’s just a known issue. Why keep advertising these things if you know the chances are some or all won’t work?

I got through on live chat yesterday and they offered me a new link - which did not work. But they’ve promised to come back within 48 hours
