Apple Tv 3 months link not working

The link emailed to me to receive Apple TV for free for 3 months  is not working !

I spoke to Live chat over a month ago now and they said they would get the relevant department to contact me. Needless to say no-one has. I have to say you have the worst customer service I have ever encountered.  I signed up to id-mobile at the beginning of the year and still no promised Apple TV for 3 month period

As mentioned above. I never had an answer after the time consuming live chat when I was promised my issue woukdbe resolved by a different department and answered by email.   The apply tv link I was originally sent no longer works.  When I first clicked on it to see how the thing operated(on the 7/9 I took a screenshot ) it clearly stated this offer was valid until 3/3/25. I did not claim or sign in in September as I was travelling and would not be able to watch it. When I tried to use on my return the link did not work.

Hi - I have the same issue with the 3 month free Apple TV link not working. I have tried talking to the chat bot but cannot get it to understand the issue

 

Please can you advise how to get the link to work or get a new link

Hi - I’ve spoken at length with the support team - it seems the fault is with Apple believing I am an existing customer (I’m not) so the links will not work for me. Thanks for replying in the meantime.
