Hi there, the offer given with my sim package was for a 3 month Apple TV subscription free, yet I have no details. Does anyone know where you go for this?

Step 1:
Claim up to 3 months free Apple TV+, Music, and Arcade with any purchase on idmobile.co.uk from 14th September 2022 until further notice.
Step 2:
For qualifying purchases, on the order confirmation page you'll see banners asking you to 'Redeem your offers'. These banners will also be included in your order confirmation email and in an email sent to you by iD 12 days after your purchase.
Step 3:
