Hi I've waited to redeem my free offer and had a valid purchase, the banner for apple music works but not the apple TV which I wish to redeem please help

Ok.. the link seems to work but I am offered a weeks trial , not 3 months..?

I had an apple phone so my details are already registered, will that make a difference?

I am also having issue redeeming apple tv+ offer, apple service says I need a redemption code and there isn’t one in the link just a shortcut to apple website which i cannot complete due to issues.

This offer is not available to customers currently subscribed to these subscription services or customers who have redeemed an Apple services trial via previous iD Mobile, Carphone Warehouse or Currys offers.

I am a new/returning apple subscriber and way over 13. I have opening a new account with apple while on the phone with apple and they say I need a redemption code. I tried via the email I got with ID Mobile and the link took me to an apple website but I cannot complete the process as it say I am paying via paypall account but my credit card details are via normal uk bank. On the advice from ID was it was an issue with apple. I cannot complete the process as I have no code to redeem it from ID Mobile company. I tried using Live chat within ID website but that is an automated system dealing with standard issue like bill', 'data allowance', 'how do I change my plan.
