Hey there ​@Dave Sp, sorry to hear that. Unfortunately, this is an offer with Apple that we have no control over, and no control over your subcription or payments to them. We can only advise to contact them regarding this I’m afraid.

Apple aren’t acknowledging that the offer exists, despite me providing images of the email offer, screen shot in apple account taken before confirming which shows the offer and payment due in Oct. 

Apple have referred me back to ID Mobile.

After my 7 day free subscription - I have now been charged through Google Play Store.

It looks like ID Mobile don’t want to support this case.

Google Play store are a payment processor , and have asked to contact Apple.

I guess my next step is, to cancel my subscription in 3 weeks time and get a case number with Trading Standards?, so I’m out of pocket and spending valuable time chasing organisations.

Hi there ​@Dave Sp, I completely understand your frustrations. However, Apple TV is not something we own, and neither is the Google Play store, and we have no control over the Apple TV promotion, neither any Google Play Store payments taken.

Although the promotion for Apple TV was originally from us, this is simply a free trial offered on behalf of Apple. We cannot control any payments etc taken regarding their business.

This will need to be handled by Apple or Google Play.
