Apple TV link expired 8 days before sent to me

I recently switched to iD. Today (11 March) I received an email from iD offering a 3 months free trial of Apple TV. But when I sought to redeem the offer, the page said that it expired on 3 March!

Could iD send me a new link please?

    I have the same problem - I received an email 18th March offering a 3 month trial of Apple TV but it’s already expired.

    Can iD send a new one please?
