It has been 12 days since my purchase but I still don’t have an email with a redemption link for AppleTV. When can I expect my link?

Live chat does not understand the request for a new link however it is phrased.

How do I contact customer services or how do I ask so it will understand?

Hey there, please follow the below instructions to get through to an agent:

 

1) Type "Hi"

2) Type your issue in brief

3) Type "Speak to an agent"

4) Click on "Customer Service" from the options provided

5) Type your full name

6) Type your mobile number

 

Once you get through to an agent, please then ask them for a new Apple TV link.
