Apple TV offer link not working

I have an email entitling me to 3 months of Apple TV. It says it doesn't expire until September. However, when I click through I get the message "UID missing or incorrect", apparently on a US Apple site. Others seem to have been sent new links when theyve had the same issue. Can I have the same please?

Hey there ​@Charles L, sorry to hear that. Have you tried opening via another device/browser, and if so, does the same issue occur please?
