Just to confirm, have you received the order confirmation and it doesn’t show the banner or is the order confirmation email not in your inbox?

I have the order confirmation email and it has banners for 3 months of Apple Music and 3 months of Apple Arcade, but nothing for Apple TV.  There is a comment saying the Apple TV link will be sent later, but I do not have any emails with it. See the snip below.
