appleTV subscription not working


Hi

I've been trying to use my free AppleTV subscription, however clicking on the redeem box in my ID mobile email take my to an Apple page that states 'UID not working or incorrect'.

Can someone help rectify this for me please?

Did you receive any other emails from us regarding the Apple Services?

If so can you please test the link in those emails?

Yeah same, and nobody on the chat can help, not sure how they haven’t fixed this by now.
