Hi, i have a monthly plan, have seen contradictory advice on ID site that numbers with 03 are 40p a minute yet in this forum responses are that 03 numbers are free? Please help, i have a very long call to make with my bank.

03 numbers (including 03457) are chargeable but they are also included in any free call allowance offered with a calling plan. So, if you have free calls and texts, you won't be charged for calling it.

Thank you Kash, but this contradicts what has been stated in previous chat threads about 03 numbers. I’ve just had to call my bank for an hour due to an emergency. This is now going to cost me about £24
