Attempting to transfer Mobile number to new simm

Hi , need help regarding my wife’s new sim card , I’ve tried unsuccessfully to transfer her old number . I’ve rechecked the PAC number and transaction number supplied is correctly entered but it keeps throwing out.

Any help will be appreciated.👍

We are sorry to hear you are having issues porting the number over for your wife’s new SIM. 

Can you please let us know what happens when you attempt to complete the port? Are there any error messages at all? 

 

With the PAC, when was this issued please? PAC’s are only valid for up to 30 days from the date they are generated so it would be worth checking that this has not expired. If it has, you will need to contact your previous provider for a new code to be generated.
