I am on ID sim only. I don’t get internet connection very little or none outside my house.  also often people can’t hear when I am on the phone.   I contacted ID chat room.  He told me there are so many user around me I just don’t get enough network. and I need to let them know if it doesn’t improve.   but it has been like this for few weeks now.  I have been with ID for long time now. but I might have to cancel it.

I'm having the same problem.   I'm having to rely on WiFi even to get onto the ID app to complain!!

I am rely on my WIFI in my house as well.

Hi.  I'm in HD5 8AZ.  But the connection problem is anywhere.  It was OK until around 3 weeks ago

You need around 150 to 200 mb you might find that this will work better for you it happened to me but as soon as I got 200mb it was fine

Hi, Roebuck .   it is funny because my problem started about 3 weeks ago,too. 

 I had a chat with ID mobile.  they have been trying to help me but it hasn’t been solved yet ..
