Bad Signal

The signal at Heacham Norfolk postcode PE31 7AR is bad. swapped to id from EE because of promise of good coverage but most disappointed. Will not renew at end of contract. Thought the 3 network would be better obviously yet another false promise. When will companies start telling the truth

There are hundreds of static caravans at this location with everyone paying their bills as their part of the contract. You would think that a better service would be provided. Using the hotspot is the only WiFi I can get & the reason I changed supplier is because EE wasn't good enough to get Prime or Netflix. iD is worse despite claiming a better coverage. A multi provider service would perhaps be better & it would be good if it was offered in bad reception areas like this.

Hi @Eagledog

Sorry to hear you feel this way about the coverage, our coverage checker is based on estimates and cannot always be 100% correct, we offer a cooling off period (as do most, if not all networks) where you can return should you find the coverage is not suitable for yourself.

I’m sure Three UK (or any network) would love to coverage absolutely every inch of the country but the promise that it’s possible wouldn’t be one that’s kept, there’s always going to be weaker areas, blackspots, outages etc.

The area of PE31 7AR looks to estimated to have a good 4G coverage, however as mentioned, cannot be 100% accurate.
