Good morning.  Lately some overdales company is sending me a message that I have a balance from my account with you.   More specifically they tell me that I owe you some money for an iphone that I bought from you in 2018 if I remember correctly. My account is 303/86747.  The thing is that this account is no longer used by me because I moved to Greece.  Can you clarify that for me please?

Probably best to resolve this issue by using the iD online Live Chat service, to speak to a customer adviser ​@darnakas.

The advisers work 9am-6pm on weekends - just tell the 24/7 chatbot you’d like to “talk to a person”. ​​​​​​

Good morning.

A few months ago I received a message from some overdales company claiming to work with you and that I have an open account with you regarding an iphone which I bought from you in 2018 if I remember correctly when I lived in London and subscribed to your services until 2020. Their last message was on the 1st of February.  Since I am not sure about the validity of the message (there are many financial scams on the internet) I thought it would be good to contact you.  Anyway, I thought that any iphone that I actually bought then I had paid off.  That is why I would like you to inform me about this case or pending with you so that I can be consistent in my obligations towards you.
