banking texts not received

Hi is there any blocks of any type of number texting me as I cannot receive texts from my credit card company so I cannot use my banking.

Hi @Mike0105, welcome to the community!

When you receive a verification code from a bank or any other service, this is called a OTP text message. (One time passcode).

Is it just from this particular company that you’re unable to receive these messages, or is it an issue with multiple providers?

If it’s just from this company, we’d recommend contacting them to check that they have the correct number listed on file for you.

The issue is with Tesco Bank when I try to purchase online. Tesco Bank have confirmed my details are correct.
