battery drain pixel 8

My pixel 8 , it up to date with software ect and factory reset completed . However when my phone hits 48% battery, it will start to drop down to 0% within 30 seconds. 

Only had the phone since dec 2023. So less then 24m . Not due to upgrade to Dec 2025 . 

Any help would be great

I’m sorry to hear this, it might be worth checking the device’s battery diagnostics in the settings, or taking the device to your local Currys store to have it sent off under warranty.

    ​@Sdm  There are many factors that can or could drain your devices battery. Installed software, browsers history, fault phone components ex battery, motherboards. There is a very good app the checks battery drain but the name slips my mind for now if I remember I'll add it this post.

    If you have a reputable service center take you device in and get it check out.
