Hi, can anyone help please, I’ve been with I’D for a number of years, the question is regarding data roaming, have they cut the limit to existing customers or do we still get unlimited roaming and not the max of 30 gb if we have a unlimited everything sim.

You’ll be subject to the fair usage policy, only if you joined us or upgraded on/past 20th June 2023.
If you were with us beforehand or haven’t upgraded since then, then you won’t be subject to the 30GB fair usage policy, and can use as much data as your allowances allow.
