Hi, my ex-husband had an id contract for his own phone, and for our two children’s phones. He died last November. Since then I have paid their bills monthly when they ran out of data etc. But now I want to transfer the contract to my own name (I do not have an id mobile account). It is absolutely impossible to get a reply to my email, and livechat is never available. Please can someone advise?

Unfortunately, you can’t transfer an iD Mobile account from one person to another person.

Ah, ok, thank you. I’m not sure what to do in that case as both children want to keep their numbers. I will keep trying to get through on the live chat or email.

You could try sending iD Mobile support a PM on Facebook Messenger or X.
