bet365 access

I am having problems logging in to bet365 when connected via mobile data. Has anyone else experienced similar? Is there a setting I need to change? I have checked the adult content option.

The website opens but shows loading swirl continually.

    Only bet365. Both the app and the website on Firefox and chrome
