Lost phone they gave me E sim which didn’t work went to currys got physical sim card which didn’t work again. Went on live chat they said its an error on my sim so it will take 72 hours to remove. WTH i work and i can not go to work without phone who will be responsible for my loss of earnings they don’t have any physical store or anything. My biggest regret was to leave O2 and came to them they were better than then ID. Guys if you are thinking to buy ID sim please do not buy their help is useless and i can not go to work or call anyone. They are biggest liars do not fall for them please otherwise you will regret like i do.

Thank you

You clearly work for ID and just sent me a copy paste message from the google 🤣🤣🤣

I copied and pasted the relevant terms from iD Mobiles terms and conditions but the rest I wrote myself. FYI, I am a customer just like you.

Had you read the terms and conditions that you agreed to when signing up, you would be aware that iD Mobile Services are solely for your own personal use (and not for any business purposes). You would also be aware that iD Mobile is not responsible for any loss of earnings.

So, answer my question. How is it a scam?

Definition of Scam

A scam is defined as a fraudulent or deceptive act or operation aimed at defrauding a person or group after first gaining their trust.

Sometimes things break, some broken things can be fixed quickly and some take a little longer. I understand your frustration, but it is what it is. Hopefully your services are back up and running sooner rather than later.

How is that a scam exactly? Also, when taking out a contract you should read the terms and conditions. I have highlighted two that are relevant to your post:

5.9 We are providing the SIM Card/eSIM and the Services solely for your own personal use (and not for any business purposes) and you may not re-sell or otherwise act as any form of distributor in respect of the SIM Card/eSIM, the Content, the Services or your number, code or any associated number. You must not connect a GSM Gateway to the Network or otherwise establish, install or use a GSM Gateway in relation to the Network or the Services without our prior written consent, which may be withheld at our absolute discretion.

13.2 Our liability shall not in any event include losses related to any business of a customer including but not limited to lost data, lost profits or business interruption.

So your telling me i should read before getting the contract what about them? Does it take 72 hours to activate the sim card ? It’s clearly their fault and they have admitted it that its on our side and your telling me that i should read. I did read everything they didn’t mention it will take 72 hours to activate the sim card normal companies like O2 three their sim card activates in seconds so what you on about?

You don’t look like a customer you are working for them and I didn’t ask for your google advice. Its their fault on their side its an error which they can not activate the sim card and no one answering the phone and live chat is useless i can not make any calls.

clearly they are scammers and if you didn’t like my post just stay away from it mate no offence.

Ask your google to check that as well where does it say it will take 72 hours to activate the sim card? Check google it says max 30 to 60 minutes. I got 5 E sims nothing worked than went to currys got physical sim card nothing worked than they said oh its an error only technical team can fix this and it will take 72 hours and we ll call you call me on where? I am using wifi dont have any access to sim and i work if they mentioned before buying that activation will take 72 hours i would have gone elsewhere.
