Why have I been billed 3 times this month 072024 and 3 lots of money out of my bank

Did you make a manual payment multiple times? Your account will be in credit, you can either let your next couple of bills be paid off using this credit, or claim a refund through Live Chat.

Yes I don't understand why my new direct debit was not taken from my new bank account.

It was changed at least a week ago, I was a bit concussed so I paid you twice or three times.

Hey ​@jonjonml, we unfortunately cannot see or advise why a direct debit has failed, only that it has I’m afraid.

 

If you’ve now paid manually, you should be able to reset it up, and can contact our live-chat to double check if you like.

 

If you’d like to know why your direct debit failed, your bank may be able to help further with that.
