Can i ask if my phone plane is £26.99 why are you taking over £40 please

    Perhaps you’ve used some iD Mobile services, which are not included in your plan allowances, ​@Tracy Metcalfe.

    The PDF copy of your latest iD bill will itemise all the charges for the billing period covered.
