bill extension

Ive been trying all morning to get through on live chat I dont know whats going on but I am in need of a 24hr extension for my next bill payment it says on the app it is to be paid before the 5/11/25 I can make the payment on the 6th can it be mo ed to then.  ??

Hi ​@Cfccol, I am so sorry that you have not been able to get through to the live chat. I would suggest that you use a different tab or device.

Regarding the bill extension, you will not need it if you will make the payment the next day as we will bill again after 5 working days without terminating your services.

I’ve recently had an unexpected vet bill, which threw my budget out. Would it please be possible to get an extension on my bills to the 16.11.2025,  I am also awaiting a call for me to have radiotherapy and if I miss the call, I wouldn’t be able to call back.

Hi my bill comes out tonight and I’d requested a extension and I phone up to check the outstanding balance and I could only pay £23 I still have an  balance of £26 can I have extension till I can pay it

Thanks for your message. You can make a payment of £23 towards your account. To pay, please use our payment line: +443330030001

Once you’ve made the payment, the remaining balance of £26 will still be due. If you’d like to request an extension for this remaining balance, please let us know and we can advise on the next steps.
