My payment for my bill was paid twice, how do I get my payment back?

    Probably best to use the iD online Live Chat service, and speak to the iD customer service team about a refund for your recent double payment, ​@Oliver Ayrton Decelis. 

    The iD Mobile advisers work until 8pm on weekdays - tell the 24/7 iD chat-bot you’d like to “talk to a person”.
