I would like to know why my bill is double what it normally is? This is unacceptable I have not done or been anywhere to warrant paying double my monthly bill so why is it £99 instead of £45

If your bill is larger than normal, this could mean a number of things, such as using extra usage, roaming abroad, or simply because you’ve changed your plan or direct debit date recently. If you login to the app/website, there should be a breakdown of why your bill is as much as it is.
