billed twice

My bill was paid from my bank on 10th October for £7. I have had another notification to say £7 will be taken again next week. I recently, about a month ago, upgraded my subscription with ID. Has one not been cancelled ?

With this “upgrade”, have you been given a new mobile number?

 

If you have, you haven’t processed an upgrade, instead a new, separate plan.

 

If you haven’t, we may need to look into this further.
