My bill has gone up from 26.99 in December when I took out the contract to 29.12 in March.

I signed up for a 24m contract at 26.99. Why is going on?

My bill has gone up also. I'm 7 months into my contract £29.99 now £32.99 why have I not been informed of this? Looks like others are having the same issues ⚠️

I really wouldn't agree the price should changes so soon into a fixed contract. I will try and speak to someone at ID although I guess that won't be easy. I am 6 months into my 24 month contract but I am feeling like 8 won't be stopping with them or recommending them

As @andewhite has advised contracts are subject to prices increase in line with CPI/RPI.

I am being double billed. And the problem is I can’t even speak to a live operator or support personnel. I just bought my sim in May this year and I already paid £14 X 3. And now I can’t even use my fon cause I’ve been hold for a balance of £14. Mind you, I paid on the 20th of June and they’re billing me again for today. This is insane!!!

Hi I have payed my bill this month still got 12 days left bud can not use my mobile dater an can not call
