Hi, 

I have been overcharged on my billing. 
I have a payment go out on the 27th of November, then another on the 5th of December and another today (30th of December) I changed my direct debit date and was told me next bill would be on the 1/02/25 and would be slightly more than my usual amount but they have taken money today, seems to be every 3 weeks or so. 
Can somebody advise?
