I am on a £15 plan and was told I had arrears of £48.86, yesterday I visited the app and noticed it had increased to £65 and over,I paid £52 which was all I had at the time, only to realise that I have been slapped with another 121.28 so I ask why??? I need to speak to someone for an explanation.
