Billing Query


Am having problems with Billing - 2 payments for my SIM ONLY contract are being taken from my bank account recently (one ID transaction code is for an old account that has closed)?

Has only happened over last 2 months since the 6 month half price deal on the contract finished)

I have an outstanding balance on my account but I’m having trouble making the payment as I’m away on holiday will it be ok to make this payment Friday as I don’t know the id mobile number to make the payment

Hey there ​@Susan Edwards, to make a payment, you can call our iD Mobile Payment Line on 0333 003 7777

 

You'll be asked for your mobile number so please enter: [INSERT NUMBER HERE]

Select Option 2 for Payments & Billing

Select Option 2 again for Making a payment

Your current balance is [INSERT BALANCE HERE]

You'll hear a message of the current balance and if this is correct, press Option 1 to pay this balance. 

If the balance is incorrect, please ignore the amount you hear and press Option 2 to pay a different amount.

Enter the amount in Pence followed by # to make the payment for this amount.

For example - £10.50 you'd enter 1050 followed by #

You'll hear the amount entered and press 1 to confirm.

Then proceed to make the payment.

 

If you need a payment extension, I’d recommend contacting our live-chat to request one ASAP, as it can take 24-48 hours to request and accept, or simply make payment as soon as possible.
