Blacklist and proof of usage


***URGENT***

 

My phone was stolen abroad and luckily I have travel insurance. They are asking for the following.

 

2) Confirmation that the phone has been blocked by the network provider and please provide the IMEI number. Have your network sent you a new sim card?

 

Please how do I get this?

Probably best to resolve this issue by using the iD online Live Chat service, to speak to a customer adviser ​@stephenmcteggart   

The advisers work until 8pm on weekdays and 6pm on weekends - just tell the 24/7 chatbot you’d like to “talk to a person”.
