Why can I not make calls on my phone when I have unlimited calls and messages. I get the message that I have reached my cap limit

Thank you for getting in touch. 

 

If you have a spend cap on the account, this will prevent you from using the service is the charge will take you above your current limit. 

Please take a look at the link provided by ​@andewhite as this will list the charges. 

If you wish to increase your spend cap, this can be done via the settings in your online account / iD Mobile app.

    Perhaps the numbers you’re calling aren’t included in the unlimited calls allowance of your iD plan, ​@Stuhas.
