Been over a week payed up fully after car accident desperate to to be reconnected been over a week with nothing I can't get anyone to help me need my phone for work and my children.

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. Are you still facing issues? I’d try restarting your phone, and if that doesn’t work remove and reinsert your iD Mobile SIM.
