I am travelling to Brazil and Argentina but the roaming charges are fairly expensive. So can idmobile facilitate esims (my phone does) or am I locked to either idmobile rates or can I get another esim from another provider?

There are no offers or add on’s that iD provide for them 2 countries unfortunately. Your phone should be unlocked if purchased after December 2021. I suggest you google travel eSIM’s to find this information. I for example use an iPhone and have an iD eSIM as my primary line and a travel eSIM as my secondary line due to coverage constraints in my area.

Unfortunately we don’t offer add-ons for these locations, however you are free to purchase and use another SIM if you wish.
